Happy New Years 2025! It is the perfect time to reflect on the previous year and what you may want to change moving forward. Do you have goals, resolutions or are you simply trying to make each day a little bit better? There are no wrong answers as each of us are very different.


The intention of Healthy Horizon Lifestyle Nutrition is to support you on your journey by providing some tips and insights to help you to become your healthiest self. When it comes to nutrition, I believe in a food first approach. The more nutrients that you can consume from clean, whole foods the better. But I do realize in our busy world, that sometimes you may need to add supplements and other functional foods to fully meet your nutrition needs. 

As a preview for upcoming blogs, I will focus on answers to common questions that I receive in my practice. I will also include links from time to time of products that I use from Amazon. There is also a "Katie's Kitchen" tab in which you can find my recommendations for supplements, protein powders and other helpful items.
